Have I missed something, are we all going to get invited to chat with managers? Mine won't need to, I'm frank enough with them as it stands.

'In the next few days you'll be invited to a 1 to 1 with Royal Mail to discuss how the proposal will affect you personally based around the new mail arrival times and Sundays not being compulsory for existing staff.... maybe... possibly.. at the moment. .
Obviously the real reason for these sessions is to undermine the forthcoming ballot on the unacceptable changes to our terms and conditions and derisory pay offer.
You do not have to attend, it is not compulsory.
You are within your rights to politely refuse.
If you do decide to attend be aware they are all reading from a script of pre-prepared answers so it isn't actually about how it will affect you at all.

Our 1 to 1 has just happened. Except is was a 1 to ALL. 416 hours to come out of the office. Yet there are 13 vacancies. :crazy:
