He talked and talked and talked....after 5mins most of our staff had walked away. Every question was answered with a question. If anyone spoke up they were cut off despite asking for us to raise our concerns. I'd imagine that he was not used to being challenged. Our managers glared at anyone who spoke or on a few occasions laughed out loud, they seemed genuinely scared of him! Our rep was batted away as an annoyance.

Every statement was his opinion or what he thought might happen, it was pointed out we wanted facts not opinions!
He then went on to explain sick pay and performance standards, we all knew the small minority who weren't up to speed and abused the sick policy. The CWU we holding back progress and we were being used politically.
Very slick presentation but a PR disaster.
